Joseph E. Jones   Founder
Mr. Jones started his CFA career analyzing thousands of securities at Standard & Poor's. He later became a star analyst at a prominent major bracket investment bank, Brown Brothers, Harriman. Next, he spent ten years serving as the Director of Research of the American Stock Exchange and subsequently build WallStreet Research into a major brand name followed by brokerage firms and institutions across America.

Alan Stone   Managing Director
Mr. Stone is a Managing Director of Alan Stone & Company LLC, one of the leading investor relations firms in the country with a three-decade tradition and offices in New York City, Los Angeles and Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Stone has previously held positions as an analyst and assistant portfolio manager with Merrill Lynch's Asset Management mutual fund, as well as with Prudential's Investment Group. Earlier in his career, he was also an institutional broker and investment banker with Ladenburg Thalmann & Co., and Thomson McKinnon Securities, both NYC-based brokerage firms, specializing in IPOs, secondary, and PIPE offerings. Additionally, Mr. Stone serves as an advisory board member of Brentwood Media Group's family of newspapers in Southern California. Mr. Stone received his BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in Finance and Investments from New York University and has completed additional studies at the London School of Economics and UCLA. He is an active member of the Penn Club of New York and University of Pennsylvania alumni affairs.

Steve J. Pollack   Director
Mr. Pollack retired from Morgan Stanley as a First Vice President and Financial Advisor in New York City, after a twenty five year career with the firm. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Pollack for seventeen years was a Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. Mr. Pollack is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, and an active member of the Friar's Club in Manhattan and the University of Pennsylvania’s alumni affairs. Mr. Pollack is also an active member of Financial Analysts and Money Managers Society (FAMMS). Stephen J. Tytus Biniakiewicz   Director of Global Research
Mr. Biniakiewicz has worked with the firm since 1997. Prior to that, he managed investment portfolios on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Poland and specialized in development and application of investment models based on technical analysis, publishing articles on that topic in financial newsletters in the US. In his career, he also consulted to emerging public companies, mostly in the high-tech sector, in the areas of financial and business planning and analysis, capitalization, merger & acquisitions and regulatory compliance. Mr. Biniakiewicz received his BA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Rick Grubbs, CFA   Director of Research
Mr. Grubbs has over 20 years experience in research, financial modeling, training, and securities analysis. He is currently President of The Acacia Group, LLC, a consulting firm that provides custom industry research, financial modeling, and financial analysis for industrial and financial services firms. His prior experience includes serving as Managing Director for the Analyst Exchange, where he taught GAAP accounting, Excel functionality, and financial modeling in M&A, LBOs, and Corporate Valuations including DCF. He also served as Managing Director and Director of Equity Research at Kaufman, a New York investment bank that specializes in technology banking and research. Mr. Grubbs developed and managed the telecommunications practice at Calyon Securities, where he was the Senior Director for the telecommunications team covering wireless and wireline services, internet infrastructure and fixed-satellite services. Prior to that, he was Director of High Yield Fixed-Income Research with ABN AMRO for four years, where he was instrumental in establishing the firm's high-yield bond business, and where he covered wireless telecommunications and media companies. Mr. Grubbs spent 18 years with Wachovia Corporation, holding various positions in technology management, fixed-income securities, and corporate finance. He holds a BS degree from Wake Forest University's Calloway School of Business and Accountancy, and is an advisor and committee member at the New York Society of Security Analysts in the disciplines of Institutional Asset Management, Alternative Investments, and Private Wealth Management. Mr. Grubbs has held the CFA designation since 1993 and has been an instructor for CFA prep courses including Equity Securities Analysis, Ethics, and Fixed-Income Securities Analysis including MBS.

Sam Kiri, CFA, ACMA   Senior Analyst
Mr. Kiri has over a decade of capital markets and asset management experience in North America and the Pacific Rim, with primary focus on Resources and Oil & Gas sectors. Mr. Kiri spent four years with Scotia Bank as a global risk manager and an international research analyst, and has also worked in the Pacific Rim as a sell side equity analyst. He was also a senior lecturer at the Professional Accountancy Training in England, training students for British Accounting examinations such as the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Mr. Kiri is a Visiting Professor at the University of Toronto and in the past lectured in several countries including England, the Middle East and Canada. He is also a member of the Annual reports Review Committee, Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the US/International Equity Program of the Toronto CFA Society.

Frank Zhang, CFA   Director of China Research
Mr. Zhang is a financial analyst with over 15 years of broad information systems, software engineering and consulting experience. Most recently, Mr. Zhang has worked as Senior Equity Analyst for Value Line, Inc. since 2006. In his career, he also held positions of Quantitative Equity Analyst and Senior Programming Analyst at Oppenheimer Funds and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, as well as several technology companies in the U.S. and in China. Mr. Zhang is a CFA and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MS in Computer Science and an MS in Sociology from University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a BS degree from Beijing College of Economics.

Christopher G. Muneio   Senior Associate
Mr. Muneio began his career in 2004 at The Comvest Group, a large private equity firm focused on buyouts, restructurings and debt and equity solutions for lower middle market companies. He was instrumental in growing the firm's assets under management from $165 million to just under one billion. His primary responsibilities included sourcing new business, executing transactions and analyzing the portfolio to maximize returns. In 2010 Mr. Muneio founded CM Capital Advisors, an outsourced business development company for private equity firms, high-yield funds and family office groups. Today he is responsible for transaction origination and execution at MTN Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in NYC. Mr. Muneio graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a degree in Business Administration and with a double emphasis in Finance and Marketing.

David Kaplan
Mr. Kaplan is an accomplished institutional equity analyst with five years of research experience at Morgan Stanley. Working as a Senior Research Associate on an Institutional Investor top-ranked global consumer staples team researching consumer products, food, and tobacco, the analyst team Mr. Kaplan was on received a #1 ranking in the Institutional Investor North American Poll for tobacco coverage in 2003. Mr. Kaplan has also had had experience in various roles at the New York Stock Exchange, Merrill Lynch, and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Kaplan has earned a Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Hofstra University, and earned his BA magna cum laude from the University at Albany.

Robert J. Vile, CPA, CFA
Mr. Vile has performed equity investment research for over 21 years, for both sell-side and buy-side investment firms. He has extensive research experience in the healthcare, technology, retail, consumer and energy sectors. Mr. Vile is currently the Chief Investment Officer of PrimeSolutions Advisors in Horsham, PA. Previously, Mr. Vile was a Managing Director at Trainer Wortham in New York, where he was a senior member of the Investment Research & Stock Selection Committee and managed the Large Cap Growth Strategy. Mr. Vile received his BS in Accounting from Susquehanna University in 1980. He was awarded his professional designations, Certified Public Accountant in 1981 and Chartered Financial Analyst in 1992. Mr. Vile is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research, the New York Society of Security Analysts, the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Rand Brenner
Mr. Brenner has over twenty five years of marketing and promotion experience. Holding executive positions at Saban Entertainment and Warner Bros., he was largely responsible for the licensing succuss of such entertainment properties as Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Batman movies and Looney Tunes. He also managed the advertising of such brands as Mattel's Hot Wheels, Yamaha Electronics and Toshiba Computers. Mr. Brenner has a BA in Advertising from California State University in San Jose and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Vincent Chen
Mr. Chen assists with business development, sales and marketing, as well as client relations with Asian clients in California. He is a marketing specialist with over a decade of international experience in project management and business strategy. Mr. Chen has earned a Strategic Marketing Business Management Certificate from University of California Los Angeles and holds an MS in Construction Management from the University of Southern California and BS in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University in Taipei.

Ivan Ho
Mr. Ho assists with business development, sales and marketing, as well as client relations with Asian clients listed on the U.S. markets. He is a Director of the Singapore American Business Association (SABA) of Southern California, with extensive experience in trade and business development between the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Ho was a former Board Advisor to Accuradio.com, one of the top ten music Webcasters in the world, and COO of a venture-backed education technology company. Mr. Ho received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California, and an MBA in Marketing, Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago.

John Keffalas
Mr. Keffalas assists with business development, sales and marketing, as well as client relations in Southern California, including San Diego and Orange County. Mr. Keffalas has earned a JD degree from Syracuse University and an MS in Information Technology from California State University Fullerton.

Art Lieberman
Mr. Lieberman assists with business development, sales and marketing, as well as client relations in South Florida, including Boca Raton, Palm Beach and Miami.

Barry Klein, Esq.
