NuLoch Resources Inc., founded in 2005 and headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, is an oil and gas company engaged in petroleum and natural gas exploration, development and production in Canada and the United States. In mid-November 2010 it was producing approximately 1,100 barrels of oil equivalent per day, up from an average of 570 in the third quarter of 2009.

The company is focused on its properties in North Dakota and Saskatchewan containing the Bakken Shale and Three Forks Sanish formations of the Williston Basin.
